Swadhyay Center for Youth
The Rural Youth Fellowship (RYF) is a 3 year full-time leadership development program, that aims to bring together youth from rural communities and equip them with 21st Century skills and experiences to become active problem solvers and responsible decision makers.

Rural Youth Fellowship
The RYF is a 3-year residential undergraduate program, equipping rural youth with all the market-required skills of the 21st century, and thus enabling them to achieve their dreams.
AMEY
An after-school academic programme where children of age groups 4 to 15 learn experientially through our simplified interactive and innovative methodologies.
Cohort
Fellows
Culturally diverse group of like-minded passionate rural youth ready to experience and carve out their spheres in the real world.
Mentors
Professionals from the most prestigious institutions and organisations of the country with 10-15 years of working experience in diverse fields such as finance, education, marketing, etc.
Cultures
Collaboration and teaming up of the fellows and mentors for the exchange of knowledge, experience, skills, and values while respecting and upholding the uniqueness of each one.
